The return of Middle Earth Network Specials has come at last.  This first of the new shows is a preview from Arctic Fire, and epic meeting of bladesmiths from around the world! Future of Forestry may just be the best thing you’ve heard in a long, long time!  As in a really long time.
Join us for our very first joint NarniaFans.com and Middle-earth Network Special.  Hosted by NarniaFans.com Director Paul Martin, and Middle-earth Network Director Mark Ostley.

In this debut program we are joined by musical genius Eric Owyoung from Future of Forestry.  Future of Forestry is the name of the group Owyoung founded and is inspired by a poem bearing the same name as written by C.S. Lewis.

Where does one start?  During the interview Paul and I had the distinct pleasure of listening to an inspired artist, but even more than that you catch a glimpse of genius in Eric’s observations about his music and life that is made even more tangible in his music.

I tend to shy away from the super hype and inflated descriptions as much as possible, but ‘genius’ and musical pioneer are the words that immediately come to mind when you listen to Eric and his music. Blending language, imagery, lyrics, and melody he brings the listener to new frontiers that transform, uplift and create a profound experience.  My personal opinion being that anyone who listens to the interview and discovers his music will immediately share this opinion.  In fact you won’t be able to stop listening.  One of those rare gifts that come along now and then, his music is something all of you will be playing over and over again.
